Group Program Code of Conduct

As a participant in our group program, we expect all individuals to adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone involved. Please read and abide by the guidelines below:
 

  • Respect and Inclusivity: Treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect and dignity, valuing the diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and cultures.

  • ​Academic Integrity: Uphold academic honesty and refrain from engaging in any form of plagiarism, cheating, or academic misconduct.

  • ​Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional manner during all program activities and interactions.

  • Safety and Well-being: Prioritize your safety and the safety of others, following all health and safety guidelines provided by the program.

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Attend all scheduled program activities and be punctual for each session. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations of the host country during the program.

  • Responsible Use of Resources: Utilize program resources responsibly and refrain from damaging or misusing any facilities or equipment.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Show appreciation for the local culture, customs, and traditions, and avoid any behavior that may be considered disrespectful.

  • Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disagreements with maturity and seek assistance from program coordinators if needed.

  • Representing the Program: Be mindful of your behavior and actions, as you represent both your educational institution and the program in a positive manner.


​Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in appropriate actions, including dismissal from the program without a refund. We appreciate your commitment to upholding these principles and ensuring a rewarding experience for all participants.

Group Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participation: By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to participate in the group program offered by our agency.

  2. Program Fee and Payment: Upon acceptance into the program, you are required to make the necessary program fee payment as specified in the program details. Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

  3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of your withdrawal from the program, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in the program details.

  4. Visa Requirements: If a visa is required to participate in the program, it is your responsibility to apply for and obtain the necessary visa. Our agency will provide assistance and guidance for visa application if required.

  5. Health and Insurance: Participants are responsible for ensuring their health and well-being during the program. It is recommended to have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

  6. Program Modifications: Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, activities, or other details due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant modifications.

  7. Conduct and Discipline: Participants are expected to adhere to the Group Program Code of Conduct during the program duration. Failure to comply with the code may result in dismissal from the program.

  8. Liability Waiver: By participating in the group program, you agree to release our agency, partner institutions, and staff from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the program.

  9. Confidentiality: Any personal and confidential information provided during the application process will be securely stored and used only for program-related purposes.

  10. Media Release: By participating in the program, you grant our agency permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes related to the group program.

  11. Intellectual Property: All program materials, including lectures, workshops, and resources, are the intellectual property of our agency and shall not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

  12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the program takes place.
