Thank you for using the professional services of Studyfly, an Australian study abroad institution. We offer a range of study abroad services related to Australia, and we charge a fee of A$550 for the initial school and visa processing. Below is detailed information on this matter.

  1. Initial Consultation: We assess individual client situations and goals to develop an Australian study abroad plan. We provide comprehensive information and guidance on the study abroad process.

  2. University and Program Selection: Considering clients' interests and abilities, we research various universities and programs within Australia to assist clients in selecting the optimal Australian educational institutions and programs.

  3. School Admission Support: We identify admission requirements for clients' desired Australian educational institutions and provide assistance with application document preparation and submission to help them gain admission to their desired institutions.

  4. Visa Consultation and Support: We offer detailed guidance and assistance to clients regarding the Australian student visa application process. This includes assistance with visa application form completion, mandatory document submission, and visa application fee payment.

  5. OSHC Guidance and Enrollment Support: clients are obligated to enroll in Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) as part of their Australian student visa application. We provide explanations and guidance on the enrollment process, including information on required documents, procedures, and fees, to ensure a smooth OSHC enrollment process for students.

  6. Post-Arrival Support: We provide ongoing support to clients even after they arrive in Australia, assisting them with school fee payments, health insurance enrollment and renewal, visa extensions, and other services to help them adjust to their school life and maintain their visa status.

Cost Breakdown

  • Studyfly Service Fee: A$550​

  1. The above fee covers the cost of services provided by Studyfly as previously mentioned, and no additional service fees will be incurred.

  2. The Studyfly service fee excludes school registration, visa application fees, and other expenses (such as document translation and certification). These additional costs are payable directly to the school or respective institution.

Payment Method

The Studyfly service fee can be paid through various methods, including bank transfer to our designated Australian bank account and online credit/debit card payments using platforms like Stripe and Paypal.

After completing the payment, please request confirmation from a Studyfly representative to notify us of the payment completion.

Refund Policy

Studyfly provides customized services tailored to each client's specific requests. Generally, Studyfly service fees are non-refundable.

However, if the client's visa is successfully approved, and they are admitted to an Australian educational institution through Studyfly as intended, the service fees (excluding card transaction fees) will be refunded.

Detailed information regarding refund eligibility and procedures will be provided during individual consultation sessions. It is important to note that refund requests must comply with the conditions and regulations set forth at the time of the refund request.
